Swedish Massage              
Swedish massage restores vital energy, reduces stress and promotes a balanced body and mind. A combination of techniques are used ranging from gentle to firm pressure, paying attention at areas requiring extra care or concentration.

Prenatal Massage
     Prenatal therapy provides undeniable benefits to the expectant mother. This therapy works to relieve that normal discomforts experienced during pregnancy, such as leg cramps, joint pain, backaches, stiff neck, restless sleeping patterns and edema.
Multiple pillows and custom supports are used during the therapy to alleviate any extra stain on the lower back and pelvic regions.

*It is very important that you obtain approval from your obstetrician before receiving any form of massage during pregnancy. If at any time during the massage you experience discomfort tell your therapist immediately.


Deep Tissue Massage
Deep tissue massage targets knots and ischemic tissue (areas with poor blood supply)  in the muscle and areas of chronic tension. This therapy focuses on the deepest layer of muscle tissue, tendons and fascia. Deep tissue techniques may be slightly uncomfortable and cause soreness that may last several days before achieving the desired results.
